When placing an order on www.littleiceland.is, you accept our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.


We accept payments by VISA- and master cards through Paypal. Little Iceland cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

On LittleIceland.is the currency is DKK / Danish Kroner.


You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.


Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, there is a possibility of printing errors. Therefore we can not guarantee that all available products at LittleIceland’s shop are in stock when your order is processed. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.


We send all our products in packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. If the package or the content is damaged upon arrival please report it to Post Danmark immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the product to us. We always pack everything carefully and thereby minimizing the possible of damage. Therefore LittleIceland is not responsible for products that are damaged during transportation


At LittleIceland we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 3 business days. In case of delay, you will be informed by e-mail.


You have two options. Either free shipping or shipping with track and trace. If you choose free shipping, LittleIceland cover postal fees with Post Danmark, regardless of volume. But your purchase is not insured this way, and it’s at your own risk. Once LittleIceland has sent the package it is Postdanmarks responsibility to deliver. If a package goes missing LittleIceland can not be held responsible. If you choose track and trace. It will be possible to find your package if it goes missing and your purchase will be insured.


All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package. Regular service in Europe is app. 4-5 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is app. 5-7 business days.


If you would like to return a product, you have to inform us about your wish to return and then return your order within 14 days. You are responsible for both delivery expenses and safe conditions of the product when shipped.


When we receive the order and the product is approved we will return the order amount to your account. We will refund the amount to the originally account used for the purchase. We can hold back the refund until we have received the product.

We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

If you are in doubt whether you want to use your right of returning, you must handle the product very carefully. It is ofcourse allowed to try it on but handle with care in case of return. If the product has been damaged, or used otherwise than accepted in a store, you must pay for the decrease in value, if you chose to regret the buy. How much you will have to pay depends on the status of the product returned.


All personal information stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated carefully. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service. For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
